Yayasan Kasih Suwitno (YKS) is working
with the Ministry of Health to strengthen HIV and STI services for high risk
groups in 30 Community Health Centers at 11 Districts across Indonesia supported by Global Fund for AIDS TB
and Malaria (GFATM). Currently Yayasan Kasih Suwitno is looking

§ She/he is under the direct supervision and general
guidance from the clinic Coordinator of Yayasan Kasih Suwitno (YKS)
§ She/he provides the laboratory services with ensuring
high quality and accuracy of work to support the medical support team.
§ She/he promotes a client oriented approach with
focus on results.

Function/Key Results Expected

1.
Meet with all local NGOs to inform them of the 30 HIV and STI friendly clinic program
|
|
2. Facilitate discussions between local NGOs and selected clinics to apprise clinics of community needs and feedback and for clinics to explain what can and cannot be done in terms of service
|
|
3.
Establish communication plan between NGOs and clinics to assure two way feedback and monthly discussions about client referrals and the treatment cascade with special focus on LTFU cases
|
|
4.
Explore possibilities for CSO counsellors to support clinic services
|
|
5..
Explore possibilities for CSOs to work with clinics to conduct hotspot mobile testing
|

The accurate and reliable data,
interpret result and
client oriented approach (through a solid team work, particularly in the Yayasan
Kasih Suwitno), for enhancing the Health Sevice Center capacity in the
provision of efficient, comprehensive and friendly HIV/AIDS Test and Treatment service.

Education:
§ Minimum of Bachelor degree of Social or other
disciplines
Experience:
§ Minimum of 1 years of progressive responsibility
in related work experience, preferably in handling the HIV/AIDS case
§ Work experience within the HIV/AIDS program is a
distinct advantage, and it is requirement.

Function/Key Results Expected

Coordinating with Fasyankes or the community Health Center
related to the service data needed

2.
Support partners to complete nasional HIV/AIDS data system
|

3.
Support partners to analyze program result and their
challenges using their data
|
|
4.
Preparing the monthly report including the data and narrative
report, monthly cascade and performance tracker
|
|
5.
Provide
the monthly report on HIV and STI test and treatment including VL report and
mobile testing
|
|
6.
Prepare
the cascade report for monitoring the total of visit, HIV/STI tests, the
reactive test result, new ARV and new patient on ART that would be used for
Monitoring & Evaluation and included in the monthly report for donors..

7.
Act
as the Internal and External facilitator represented Yayasan Kasih Suwitno
|

8.
Demonstrate
to prepare the formal letter as requested
