TERMS OF REFERENCE

COMMUNITY MOBILIZER S CONSULTANT

 

AGREEMENT TYPE	Assignment based short term consultancy
DURATION	06 months (March 2021 – August 2021) and subject to possible extension.
PROJECT	Supporting Community Resilience Againts Covid 19 (SUCRA)
LOCATION	Palu, Central Sulawesi

 

JOB PURPOSE:

 

·       Conduct assessment to the beneficiary to verify the data from the database storage

·       Sort the overlapped data from multiple projects

·       Coordinate with local government

·       Distribute vouchers and/or coordinate with DuitHape technical officers in the field

·       Ensure that the packages are received by the beneficiaries

·       Monitor the live data dashboard and transaction

·       Monitor the livelihood recovery of the beneficiary post the distribution

·       Conduct Post-Distribution monitoring survey

 

The role holder will work closely with the following:

·       Programmes Department (including Programme Manager, Programme Coordinator, Programme Partners)

·       Local People and Government

·       Targeted Beneficiaries

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 

·       It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and empathy with the Islamic values and principles as well as commitment to IRW’s vision and mission.

·       Knowledge of Islamic Relief beneficiary selection process is an asset

·       Have strong communication skill

·       Have driving license (Motorbike)

·       Experience working with Islamic Relief project is desirable

 

Strong interest in development work with respect for confidentiality and commitment to Islamic Relief overall aims and objectives, including gender, equality and equal opportunities in all aspects of Islamic Relief’s work.
