The ASEAN - USAID Partnership for Regional Optimization within the Political Security and Socio-Culture Communities (ASEAN - USAID PROSPECT) and IUWASH TANGGUH invites company to submit a proposal for a Proposal (RFP-PROS-JKT-22-0002) Health Insurance Services for PROSPECT and IUWASH TANGGUH.

 

Proposals are due no later than June 6, 2022 at 11:59 PM Western Indonesia Time (GMT+7) and must be submitted by email to prospectBIDS@dai.com

In Indonesia, DAI’s work is generally organized under specific agreement that have been awarded to the Company. In most cases, these agreements are held and managed by DAI’s headquarters in the US, with operations in Indonesia solely focused on the implementation of specific contract activities.

 

At this point, DAI has two projects: PROSPECT Project and new IUWASH TANGGUH Project. PROSPECT Project is 5 years USAID Project and will end on August 2023 with 30 participants. IUWASH TANGGUH is new DAI USAID project with 5 years period and already start from March 2022. The participants from IUWASH TANGGUH is still growth with estimate more than 200 participants on July 2022.

 

In support of program implementation, DAI invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to supply and deliver a health insurance services package.

 

Objective:

DAI requires a service provider (provider) to provide health insurance for DAI staff members and their families for various types of benefits, such as: Maternity, General (In/Out Patient), Dental, Eye, etc. Such benefits will be used at any given time, according to the health needs of DAI staff and dependent family members (see list of benefits, attached).

 

Technical General Requirements:

·       Waive pre-existing conditions

·       Waive 12 months period for maternity plan

 

Claim Reimbursement Process

·       Claim reimbursement process does not take more than 10 working days

·       Claim reimbursement: notification of any reimbursement payment will be sent to each project PIC

·       Claim reimbursement: any reimbursement payment will be transferred direct to employee’s account

·       All payments preferable using cashless system

 

 

Benefit Plan and Coverage on specific notes

·       Wisdom teeth surgery included on In-Patient benefit

·       Maternity coverage on selected participants

·       Gynecology coverage for all women participants

·       Eyeglasses can be directly purchased at the Glasses Shop (Optic), with or without ophthalmology receipt. Glasses benefit should include: lenses + frame and soft lenses in one claim.

·       Annual general medical check-up for staff include all project

·       Children covered is 0 days old until 23 years old with condition unmarried

·       HIV / AIDS coverage

·       Flue Shoot included on vaccine list, eligible for staff only
