Functions: - Developing
and facilitating Forum Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (FSTPI) as a
coordination and communication platform to share information, lessons
learned, and best practices among government, private sector, civil societies
and communities’ stakeholders
- Developing
and implementing an open knowledge repository to collect, manage, and share
comprehensive data, information, and knowledge about efforts and initiatives
to end TB by FSTPI members and other TB stakeholders
- Supporting
collaboration activities with the ‘Partnership Platform for TB Control’ (Wadah
Kemitraan Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis/WKPTB) implemented by the
Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Cultural Affairs
- Supporting
the Partnership and Development team in assignments tasked by supervisor
Duties
and responsibilities (with estimated time allocation per week):
1.
Developing
and facilitating Forum Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (FSTPI) as a
coordination and communication platform to share information, lessons
learned, and best practices among government, private sector, civil societies
and communities’ stakeholders (40%)
·
Responsible in planning and implementing activities of
Forum Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (FSTPI) timely
·
Responsible in maintaining and strengthening relations with various
members of FSTPI such as the government, private sector, civil
societies and communities
·
Responsible in maintaining forum’s communications
activities with relevant stakeholders (e.g., newsflash, social media content,
chat groups)
·
Responsible in establishing efforts to improve
participation and contribution of FSTPI members to support forum activities
·
Assisting the team in identifying potential partners and
implementing partnership cultivation activities to leverage opportunities and
mobilize resources for FSTPI
2.
Developing
and implementing an open knowledge repository to collect, manage, and share
comprehensive data, information, and knowledge about efforts and initiatives
to end TB by FSTPI members and other TB stakeholders (40%)

Responsible in identifying the needs on data, information,
and knowledge of FSTPI partners and donors in TB program to prioritize data
collection
·
Responsible to develop the framework and roadmap of FSTPI
Knowledge Management Plan in consultation with FSTPI members
·
Responsible to develop the mechanisms to engage and ensure
FSTPI members in data, information, and knowledge management according to an
agreed classification and categorization
·
Responsible to conduct collection and management of data,
information, and knowledge from FSTPI members to showcase their progress and
achievements in the open knowledge repository
·
Responsible in oversight to relevant vendor(s) involved in
developing the open knowledge repository
·
Assisting the team in monitoring and evaluating the open
knowledge repository for improvements in scale, accessibility, and utility
for FSTPI members and TB stakeholders
3.
Supporting
collaboration activities with the ‘Partnership Platform for TB Control’ (Wadah
Kemitraan Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis/WKPTB) implemented by the
Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Cultural Affairs (10%)
·
Represent the STPI team in liaising with the Coordinating
Ministry of Human Development and Cultural Affairs to optimize partnerships
in ending TB
·
With the
Partnership & Development Manager, assist platform’s secretariat in
planning, implementing, and reporting collaboration activities with FSTPI and
STPI
4.
Supporting
the Partnership and Development team in assignments tasked by supervisor
(10%)
·
Supporting
the Partnership & Development Coordinator in maintaining and strengthening
relations with FSTPI members and other external stakeholders
·
Contributing
in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the
Partnership & Development strategy as part of the organization’s
strategic plan as well as reporting to supervisor
·
Coordinating
with other divisions in the organization on knowledge management and forum
activities
·
Reporting activities and
arising issues to supervisor regularly in a timely manner
