Panagora is currently seeking technical experts to work on the anticipated Health Technical Assistance Project II (Bantu II) in Indonesia (Activity). Bantu II will identify, recruit, hire, administer and support qualified individuals and organizations to provide short or long-term technical assistance as needed and requested by USAID Indonesia’s Office of Health in support of the goals and objectives of USAID/Indonesia and the Government of Indonesia (GOI) in the context of the 2020-2025 Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) in which USAID and the GOI are partners and co-investors.
The Bantu Dua project will provide specialized, high-level technical assistance to USAID, USAID-funded programs, the GOI (e.g., the Ministry of Health (MOH), National AIDS Commission, Indonesian Commission for Hospital Accreditation, etc.), parastatal organizations, sub-national government (e.g., district health office), non-government organizations (NGOs), civil society organizations (CSOs), academic institutions, and other research institutes as required. The Activity will also support USAID to strengthen the capacity and sustainability of its local partners so that these organizations will be better able to fulfill their mandates.
Panagora is recruiting Indonesian, regional, and U.S. applicants for long-term and short-term assignments for a range of long-term and short-term assignments in order to contribute to the health-related results expected under the CDCS and of the Ministry of Health’s goals related to maternal, neonatal, and child health, infectious diseases, and health systems strengthening. Preferred requirements:
· Degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum seven years of relevant experience in one or more of the technical areas listed above.
· Prior experience working with donor-funded programs, preferably USAID projects involving technical assistance and organizational capacity strengthening.
· Prior experience with public health, democracy & governance, inclusive economic growth, or environmental sustainability programs in developing countries.
· Proven communication and teamwork skills.
· Fluency in English required.
