Vacant Position in Gaun Ibu Project, Tangerang : Consultant for Alumnus Meeting FWGs

CARE International Indonesia (CII), as an international NGO, has carried out large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations, transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and micro-credit.

CARE Indonesia in Tangerang is currently recruiting the following position for its project:

Job Title : Consultant Facilitator Alumnus Meeting for FGWs
Department/Project: Gaun Ibu Project
Report to : Gaun Ibu Project Manager (PM)

This position will be responsible for planning, implementing and reporting of Alumnus meeting of female garment workers in pointed area. She/He will work with care teams implement alumnus meetings for FGWs.

Responsibilities and Task:
• Facilitating alumnus meeting activities with development of detailed plans and schedules for implementation
• Ensure timely and good quality implementation of activities to meet project outputs with full games and hypnotherapies method. The position holder will be expected to:

a. Coordination with 4 care teams to implement alumnus meeting for 200 FGWs
b. Refresh on 5 modules (on Communication and team work, problem solving and decision making, time and stress management, financial literacy and reproductive health)
c. Motivated 200 participant
d. Find o of each module as a simple and self can do in daily routine lives
• Ensure timely, good quality reporting on alumnus meeting activities

Deliverables:

• Alumnus meeting reports
• Project activities documentation
• Material presentation
• Detail plans and schedule for implementation

Required Qualifications and Skills :
a. Bachelor degree with extensive experience in working with community and manual writing, Master degree will be advantageous
b. Familiarity with female worker issue, especially garment worker issue – education and improving life skill capacity
c. Professional experience: 3 years of professional experience in the field of labor, demonstrated experience in undertaking a Lessons learned process (supporting documents appreciated), experience of
working with pluri-disciplinary team s and organizing training or seminars.
Skills: Demonstrated analytical, technical writing, facilitation and organization skills and hypnotherapy skills
