The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) vision is to transform ASEAN into a single market and production base that is highly competitive and fully integrated into the global community by 2015. The Government of Australia, through the ASEAN Australia Development Cooperation Program Phase II (AADCPII), is working closely with ASEAN to support the achievement of the AEC goals.
The ASEAN Secretariat is inviting expressions of interest from contractors to provide short term/ intermittent support services to the AADCPII program in the development of project proposals to support the implementation of the Economic Community. The AADCPII program is currently developing future year work programs under a number of specific focus areas. Assistance is required in translating activity concepts into fully developed project proposals.
The contractor will have extensive experience in project proposal writing, a good understanding of program development, and a strong economic and development background in any of the following areas:
• Investment
• Services
• Consumer Protection
• Agriculture
Interested contractors should supply a copy of their resume detailing related experience, examples of any previous work, and a quotation for services.
