Finance and Admin Assistant

ChildFund is receiving funding from UNICEF for REACH (Reaching Equity Access of Child Health) Project in TTS (Timor Tengah Selatan) district and to supporting and implementing the program, Child Fund Indonesia is currently seeking:

Finance and Admin Assistant (FAA/CFI) based in Jakarta

Overall purpose:

Responsible for providing administrative and financial services supporting the REACH programme.

Key responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
· Responsible to arrange incoming and outgoing correspondence.
· Design, establish and maintain a central filing system for the administration and finance.
· Responsible to prepare minutes of meetings.
· Prepare supporting documents for any payment related with the project.
· To assist the Project Manager with the financial management of the area programme.
· Provide management with a statement of expenditure against budget on all project and programmes on a regular basis and that will assist project planning and delivery.
· Preparing supporting documents for any procurement related with the project
· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
· Setup and coordinate meeting and conferences
· Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
· Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management system and performing basic bookkeeping work
· Manage and maintain the Project Manager’s schedules
· Provides assistance in preparing the various budget of the project
· Provides assistance in preparing various project report
· Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree
Minimum of two year’s work experience in finance or admin sector.
Training and work experience in accounting and the management finance is an advantage
Written and spoken fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Computer literacy (Microsoft office and e-mail)
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility and initiative
