Program Officer – School Governance & Facilities (Jakarta)

Currently Putera Sampoerna Foundation is looking for high motivated candidates to fulfill the following position:

Program Officer – School Governance & Facilities (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
1. To develop SA School Governance policy and to make sure the SA School Governance policy introduced to school communities.
2. To ensure all school which implementing Sampoerna Academy Program apply good governance based on standard. If necessary, provide all SA school with technical support in applying School Governance Policy
3. To improve SA School Governance Policy based on the implementation assessment and evaluation.
4. To develop SA school facility standard, to ensure SA school facility comply with the standard and to make sure the SA school facility standard introduced to school communities.
5. To improve SA School Facility Standard based on the implementation assessment and evaluation.
6. To develop system on school facility maintenance and to ensure all school facilities well maintain and placed neatly
7. To develop standard qualification and skills of teachers and staff required, and also to ensure the qualification and skills of all SA teachers and staffs comply with the minimum requirement
8. Managing communication with vendor, Dinas Pendidikan cq Maintenance and Facilities section
9. Provide progress report (monthly, quarterly and annually) and necessary document for Project manager to review.
10. To deliver additional tasks by direct supervisor, program manager, and Education Program Director

Requirements:
• Holds min S1 from Education or any relevant disciplines.
• Possesses min 5-6 years of work experience in the same related position.
• Competent in school management system, school finance system, Human Resources Management.
• Previous experiences in management consultant or education consultant.
• Computer literate to relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point etc.
• Has fully competent active English language skill, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
• Willing and able to travel out of town for at least two weeks per month.
• Excellent problem solving skills and able to work independently

Work Location: Jakarta based, with frequent travel to Sampoerna Academy’s Campus location all over Indonesia.
