Administrative Assistant (Indonesian nationals only)

Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno)* invites applications for Administrative Assistant on an upcoming international donor funded project in *Indonesia. The expected duration of the project is for a period of five years. Duties and Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial support to the Team Leader and Senior Financial Management Specialists. The Assistant will carry out day-to-day administration activities for smooth functioning of the project office including maintaining petty cash and perform regular banking operations.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in office and administration support activities
· Basic knowledge of banking and cash management activities
· Strong communication skills
· Good in English and Bahasa– reading, writing and speaking
· Computer literate - Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
· Any experience in IT maintenance or basic troubleshooting would be an advantage
· Bachelor’s degree.
