The Indonesia Australia Forest Carbon Partnership (IAFCP) Facility is funded by Australian Aid and managed by IDSS Pty. Ltd. in association with Euroconsult Mott MacDonald on behalf of AusAID. The purpose of the Facility is to support the Partnership Office to deliver scientifically rigorous policy and technical solutions for the IAFCP, to support the development of Indonesia and Australia's national position on equitable and effective climate change on reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD). As the managing contractor for IAFCP Facility, IDSS Pty Ltd is responsible for undertaking all administrative, logistical, and financial and procurement requirements of IAFCP related activities.
We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager to undertake a full time position in Jakarta (Indonesia) with frequent travel to project areas. The Facility Manager is a full-time position responsible for supporting the PO, Technical Panels, Working Groups, GoI Secondees and other IAFCP related committees in planning of activities, and reporting to the PO on activity implementation and outcomes. He/ shewill work with Specialists in the PO (including Evaluations, Research, QA and Communications and Outreach) and the Facility to ensure that all activities contribute to the goals and purpose of the IAFCP and are implemented in a coordinated and cohesive manner.
