PT Inspirasia Bali is owner and manager of the Annika Linden Centre in Tohpati, Bali, occupied by our client yayasans. The support services we provide are very valuable to our client yayasans because this support lets them focus on their passion: running not for profit programs to help families in Bali.

We are currently establishing our team so we can begin fully serving our clients. We expect to grow quickly over the next 1 - 3 years and as one of our first team members, you will play an important role. Minimum qualifications:
* Minimum (S1/Bachelor) Degree and 5 years of professional experience in Finance/ Accounting, with the last two years as the Head of these areas.
* Indonesian Nationality.
* Excellent Bahasa and English proficiency, verbal and writing.
* Familiarity with Indonesian taxation is a must.
* Team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administration skills.
* Willingness to learn new skills and assume responsibilities flexibly.
* Ability to work independently, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion.
Desirable:
* Previous experience managing HR & administration side of a business is an advantage.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office system.
* Familiar with MYOB or any other accounting systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
o Preparing set up financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts.
o Develops and maintains the initial chart of accounts, tracks and review expenditure against set budgets, analyse business performance/results, providing feedback to senior management.
o Maintains all relevant legal and tax procedures/permits are complied with.
o Administers all transfers and payments to third parties.
o Coordinates and maintains the integrity of Accounting system (MYOB).
o Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets with an eye for accuracy and timeliness.
o Managing basic HR functions and administration staff as we expand our team.
o Key point of contact on finances with PT Inspirasia Baliâ clients.
