MDF vacancy: trainer/consultant Organisational Development, Good Governance, BR

MDF Training & Consultancy is a worldwide operating management training and consultancy organisation for the international cooperation sector as well as goverments and internationally operating companies. MDF employs over 100 staff members and has 9 regional offices world-wide, of which 3 are in Asia, operating as MDF Asia.

MDF's core activities is assisting national governments, non-governmental organisations, projects/ programmes and donor agencies in achieving development results at the personal, programme and organisational level. Furthermore, MDF-PI wants to increase its service delivery for the private sector, particularly in the areas of leadership, CSR, strategic planning, knowledge management and organisational development.

MDF-PI is looking for a talented and enthusiastic colleague (international, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia):

Expatriate Trainer / Consultant in Organisational Development, Good Governance, Bureaucratic Reform and, potentially, Leadership

Job description:
• Act as a trainer in MDF-PI's regular and tailor-made courses;
• Carry out consulting assignments in Indonesia and abroad in the above mentioned areas;
• Contribute to the further development of new MDF products and courses, such as public finance management and knowledge management;
• Travel and potentially work abroad for app. 3 months per year;
• Marketing and acquisition of MDF-PI's services to our clients.

Core competencies:
• Required: sound knowledge of current international trends in organisational development, good governance, bureaucratic reform;
• Desired: sound knowledge of leadership, HR and/ or Public Finance Management;
• Ability to conduct training and consulting assignments in English and Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required).

Qualifications:
• International Masters degree, worked at least 3 years in Indonesia;
• >5 yrs relevant Indonesian government sector experience and >2 yrs relevant training experience;
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Analytical and empathic, and
• Excellent communication and (proven) reporting skills;
• Open-minded, interactive and outspoken personality;
• Not a teacher but a facilitator;
• Able to work independently;
• Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and international).
