*Background***

 In September 2011, RTI International was awarded the ENVISION project, a
five-year Cooperative Agreement funded by the U.S. Agency for International
Development (USAID).  ENVISION provides assistance to national neglected
tropical disease (NTD) control programs for the integration and scale-up of
preventive chemotherapy (PCT) for seven targeted NTDs: lymphatic
filariasis, onchocerciasis, schistosomiasis, three soil-transmitted
helminthes (roundworm, hookworm, ringworm) and trachoma*.*



ENVISION is implemented by RTI International in partnership with CBM
International, The Carter Center, Helen Keller International, IMA World
Health, Tulane University, Sightsavers International, and World Vision

**

*Scope of work *

The purpose of the overall ENVISION program in 2013 is to improve the
health of the lymphatic filariasis (LF) and soil-transmitted helminthes (STH)
endemic communities in Indonesia through the effective implementation of
the program and support to the National Program in its implementation
efforts utilizing standardized and internationally approved strategies.

The proposed grant program will also improve strategic planning by filling
gaps in parasitogical mapping for lymphatic filariasis (LF) in 55 districts
in Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi


*Application Process *

RTI is seeking a qualified organization that will be responsible supporting
the Government of Indonesia’s lymphatic filariasis mapping activities,
based on agreed upon budgets with Ministry of Health; disbursing and
tracking funds; monitoring progress; and reporting on use of funds and
activities as described in detail in the Statement of Work



Deadline for questions: *17th  April 2013, 5:00pm* local Jakarta time. *No

Applicants shall submit an application as an email attachment in Microsoft
Word or Adobe PDF and a budget should be submitted in excel spreadsheet to

International at  lperanginangin@id-ntd.rti.org , no later than 5:00pm
(Jakarta time) on *Friday, April 19th , 2013*.
