deadline. Only organizations eligible to be awardedUSAID subcontracts
will be considered. In order to be evaluated for award,Applicants must
respond to all of the requests and requirements in thissolicitation if
they are to be considered “responsive”. This includes:· Submitting
all of the information required below (see Content andFormat of your
Quotation/Proposal) on or before 7 February 2017 at 5 PM(Jakarta time)
to GnC.CEGAH@tafindo.org withthe RFA number and title in the subject line.· Organizationswith
a recent history of implementing similar activities either nationally
oracross multiple provinces (may represent private sector
institutions).· Demonstrating your capability (with client
references and/orliterature) to provide the required deliverables cited
in point 1.3 “Requiredtasks and expected results”.· Demonstrating a satisfactory record of Past Performance;· Certified,
legally-registered business entity;· By law, has the capacity to
sign a contract;· Not under the supervision of a court, not
bankrupt, its businessactivity not being discontinued;· Not
affiliated with any criminal association or activity;· Not
suspended or disbarred from receiving US Government awards;· In the
event that the applicant will engage in a partnership withanother
organization in order to provide the required services, the
applicantshall have a formal operating agreement with the partnering
organization whichincludes the percentage of ownership. All parties to
an established partnershipmust be eligible for award· Having a
good performance record - not on any sanctions list norblacklist
maintained by any government agency/state owned
company;· Verified references that document work performed on at
least threesimilar jobs;· Having the ability/capacity required to
carry out the specified work;· Not making any
incorrect/misleading statements about thecompetence and capabilities of
its business;· The applicant’s production team must be based in
Jakarta;· Selected vendor must give copyright for production and
