to 2022,
where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent
children from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian
society”. The organisation’s
purpose is to “strive for a just world that advances children’s rights and
equality for girls”. This goal will be achieved by providing technical
support and implementing quality programs and projects through partnership. An
effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to
share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially
state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at
different levels – starting from community, sub district,
district to national,
regional and international levels.

Program
M&E Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Key
Result Area (KRA) 1: Responsible to develop and maintain operational program
MER Framework, Indicator Tracking Table and annual Plan , Based the Program DIP, she/he is responsible to
conduct a workshop to develop operational project MER Framework, ITT and annual
plan and regular meetings to maintain and improve the framework, ITT and annual
plan. Based on the MER framework, she/he is responsible to put in place a
system to maintain the Program ITT. Based on the Program DIP and MER annual
plan, she/he is responsible to develop and maintain the Program MER calendar. She/he
is responsible in the selection of Program MER partners and/or consultants. She/he
is responsible to oversee partners and/or consultants in providing services in
program evaluations and research, including reviewing research planning, tools,
data collection process, data analysis. Collect, analyze and maintain project into
proper documentations. Indicator for success LEAD,
LEARN, DECIDE and THRIVE Program MER framework and
ITT are developed and maintained. Good quality and accountable of MER products, including monitoring data
and research reports
Key
Result Area (KRA) 2: Responsible or support the project team to develop and
maintain operational projects MER Framework, Indicator Tracking Table and
annual plan
Based the Project DIP, she/he is
responsible to support the project team to conduct workshops to develop
operational project MER Framework, ITT and annual plan and regular meetings to
maintain and improve the framework, ITT and annual plan. Based on the project
MER framework, she/he is responsible to support the project team to put in
place a system to maintain the project ITT. Based on the project DIP and MER annual
plan, she/he is responsible to support the project team to develop and maintain
the project MER calendar. She/he
is responsible to support the project team in the selection of project MER
partners and/or consultants. She/he is responsible to support the project team
to oversee partners and/or consultants in providing services in program
evaluations and research, including reviewing research planning, tools, data
collection process, data analysis. She/he is responsible to support
the project team to conduct internal evaluation/research. She/he is responsible
to support the project team to coach projects’ partner in data management and
maintaining project ITT, including assist the project to develop monitoring
tools. Provide any necessary capacity building to project staff and partner
staff in related to the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation tools.
Ensure that the
project MER annual plan is implemented and punctually submitted to Program,
including ITT data submission.
Indicator for success: Project MER frameworks and ITTs are developed and
maintained. Good quality and accountable
of projects and partners’ MER products, including monitoring data and research
reports
Key
Result Area (KRA) 3: Responsible to produce good quality of LEAD, LEARN, DECIDE
and THRIVE program monthly, quarterly and annual reports and support the
project team in producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Generate LEAD, LEARN, DECIDE and THRIVE program
report at monthly, quarterly and yearly based. Support the projects to produce project report
at monthly, quarterly and yearly based. Produce
other data analysis reports for various needs, such us report for government. Make
the DECIDE program and project dashboard easily monitored Indicator for success: All of reports are produced
Requirements:
University Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics or
other related field. At least 3 (three) years in project monitoring and
evaluation Experience in writing reports and publications. Experience
preferably in the issues in the
ASRH program. Experience in providing
training and capacity building in M&E.
Fluent in written and spoken
English. Excellent facilitation, oral
and written communications skills. Ability to travel nationally
and internationally.
