Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik seeks Recruitment Coordinator Jakarta based

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better.  We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik.  To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:


RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - HR
1 position, based in Jakarta
Code : RC-HR


ROLE PURPOSE:
The role holder will provide appropriate, timely and professional human resources management service to make sure that recruitment process done properly in line with prevailing procedure and provide effective way to recruit employee with right skill in the right time and ensure all the employee working for SC have relevant and valid contractual documents.. S/he will support the HR Director in updating recruitment policy and procedures, in line with the global guideline, country law and workforce market requirement.   S/he will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems in partnership with centre colleagues. The position holder will work with the managers to support socialisation of HR policy.

The post holder will support the HR Director to contribute to global KPIs as follows:
  • Contribute to achievement of Operations Delivery indicators (KPI 1,2)
  • Contribute to the achievement of financial viability and sustainability indicator (KPI 10)
  • Lead on the achievement of timely closure of Child Safeguarding concerns (KPI 11)
  • Lead on the achievement of Overall Turnover Rate (KPI 12)
  • Contribute to achievement of Global Management Indicators
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal job description and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
