Re-posting - Looking for Mailing Shipper Provider for Fundraising Newsletter

I             Introduction

 

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik (YSTC) has started doing fundraising in 2014. In 2017, YSTC  through the channel Face to Face, digital and Telemarketing has got more than 10.000 donors. Every year the number of donors is targeted to increase steadily. In 2018, the fundraising team has a target to acquire more than 17,000 donors.

Based on these targets it is necessary to produce a communication material such a newsletter for donor maintains. This newsletter is useful for communicating to donors about the programs we are running. Donors will know where their donation are going to. We need print the newsletter at least, a twice a year. To ensure that donor newsletters are sent, we need a mailing shipper services.

 II           Objectives of the Agency

·       Sent a hardcopy newsletter, a twice a year to donors.

·       Report delivery newsletter. 

III           Activity and Timeline

July 2018 ( or until December 2018)          : 12.500-15.000 Hardcopy Newsletter.

January 2019  until completed                    : 12.500- 15.000 Hardcopy Newsletter

VI           Qualification & Experiences

·       Have experience doing mailing post more than 5 years

·       Have a legal entity.

·       Have Reporting System, Pick up system and undelivered mail status

·       Provide Trace and tracking system by user

VII       Payment .

      Will be monthly payment based on the report
