ChildFund Indonesia is currently seeking:
Position : Project Finance Officer - ENERGY
Reporting to : Country Finance Manager
Based in : Ja karta
Duration : 8 months contract
SUMMARY
Responsible
for providing technical support, training and mentorship for the local
partners to ensure that NSPs, grants, subsidies and other funds are
utilized and reported according to policy/ procedures and in compliance
with agreements.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with other Project team from stage planning, implementation, monitoring and close out.
- Provide regular, monthly Finance report to the project team and do some analysis and recommendation for the smoothly of spending.
- Provide suport to ENERGY program team for ensure the activities running well.
- Assist Local partner in term of the financial managment related with this project
- Review the DIP of the project ( DIP consolidate & DIP in each LP) .
- Ensure the funding are availale in LP to do the programming.
- Review the financial repot from Local partner and ensure the compliance with ChildFUnd and Donor policy and procedures also timeline on the reporting schedule.
- Prepare the consolidation report (with analysis and recommendation) to the project team and Finance unit by monthly.
- Preapre the Donor report by monthly.
- As a Finance Team in ChildFund Indonesia, provide the support on certain tasks, and working grup in as part of Finance unit to support ChildFund program in Indonesia.
- Any task needed and required by the line manager ( in the finance scope )
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· Good of inter personal communication, good written and verbal Bahasa and English.
· Ability to work productively in a multi-cultural environment.
· Minimum 3 years working experiences with INGO or development agency
· Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping, donor requirements and reporting regulations
· Analytical skill, communication & interpersonal skill, creative and innovative
· Willing to be located in the district with limited facilities.
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in finance in related field or equivalent and well known on finance and administration work
