Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is presently implementing its country strategic 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian society”. The organisation’s purpose is to “strive for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls”. This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district, district to national, regional and international levels.

Government Liaison & Logistic Officer
Responsibilities: Key End Result 1 Responsible government Liaison. T.1. To carry out government liaison activities for Country Office (CO) and Program Unit (PU) office, and visitors or staff from other countries. T.2. To handle government liaison or related needs coordination with Executive Coordinator. Key End Result 2. Manage Logistic & visa arrangement. T.1. To manage NFI Warehouse for emergency response. T.2. Compilation the report of warehouse stock quarterly and manage physical check. T.3. Arrange visa application for staffs and invitation letter for visitors. T.4. Arrange and prepare documents for PII tax exemption Key End Result 3 . Security issues. T.1. Update Communication Tree. T.2. Update security pack for visitors and manage security briefing for visitors. T.3. Active to update security issues to all staff
Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, and Experience Required: Education: Bachelor (SI) in Economic, Administration. Knowledge, Skills and demonstrated Behaviour: Core and Functional Competencies required for this job with level (i.e. proficient, knowledgeable or aware). Attitude: Personal Integrity. Cost consciousness. Can do attitude. Skills: Interpersonal skills. Supervisory skills. Knowledge: Government and visa procedures & process. Logistics. Experience: At least three years in related field
