YSTC - Save The Children Indonesia seeks Professional Photograper and Vidographer for capturing Childhood Pneumonia for visual content

Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better. We've begun to build a national organization that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia. To this end, SC Indonesia has been designated as a “Prospect Member”. As ‘Prospect Member’ Indonesia has been identified as part of the next way of new member development, which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Indonesia has been authorized by member ballot to start fundraising locally as a first step towards building a financially sustainable local organization. Future work will also involve developing a strong local governance structure and building key partnerships with local government, the private sector, local civil society among others. Success of the pilot phase will set the Indonesia on a pathway to full membership. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

 
Professional Photograper and Vidographer for capturing Childhood Pneumonia for visual content
1 (one) position based in Jakarta

1.              Background

Video is one of platform that have the strong impact to audiences. By the time, video content distribution can boost public awareness and donors’ loyalty. By watching video, donors could be well informed about our program and can impact to their loyalty. One of retention objective is how to more engage with donor and how to save every donor, so we can develop program for the children and save the children.

One of strategy that retention team is running video content distribution to our donors as engagement program. We expect can running this program can be running this program on April 1, 2019.

2.              Objectives of the consultancy
  1. Can create video as our communications material or content to donors
  2. Can improve quality of video content in short duration
  3. Converted video content MPG and MOV on DVD or flash disk

3.         Task and Responsibility
1)     The consultant or agency will edit video, no longer than 1,15” duration
2)     The consultant or agency will create at least 10 video contents
3)     The consultant must be creative in making video content to boost engagement with donors
4)     The consultant must create and edit video according to STC guidelines

4.       Period of the consultancy
April 1 – April 30, 2019

5.        Expected Deliverables and Submission Date
  1. Create and edit 10 video contents or story in the specific project (April 1 – April 30, 2019)
  2. One video content at least finished on two – three days
  3. KPI’s of the video content editing project:
  • Create minimum one video each two or three days
  • Create creative video content that tells story
  • Submission of video each two or three days
  1. Performance will be evaluated weekly base on the agree KPI’s to determine next video and improvements required

6.              Qualification & Experiences

·     Have experience in creating and editing video content in short durations
·     Have experience in creating video content minimum three years
·     Can provide services in Jakarta
