Profile of the BANTU Project:

Palladium’s Health Technical Assistance (BANTU) is a six-year project (October 2015 – September 2021), which provides USAID and the Government of Indonesia (GOI) with a flexible mechanism to effectively and efficiently mobilize the technical expertise needed (offered either through subject- matter experts or organizations) to advance national and global health priorities set forth in USAID’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).

Purpose of Position

The Indonesian Report Writer is a two-month full-time position to support the Deputy Chief of Party. This position will go through all ongoing projects and reporting documents (project documents, annual work plans, annual reports, PMP report, etc.) to draft the end-of-project report. S/he will work in close coordination with the DCOP to finalize the report.

Reporting Requirements

The position reports to the Deputy Chief of Party, BANTU Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather all consultants, subgrantees and subcontracts’ report from BANTU’s designated Officer
• Develop end-of-project report including compiling project’s statistical data and create attractive graphic to produce high quality, timely, results-based progress and project end reports aligned with USAID guidelines, established standards and formats;
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of strong professional experience in writing, editing, reporting and communicating complex programmatic information in reader-friendly formats and styles; experience in writing reports for USAID projects is desirable.
• Excel in analytical thinking and experience in producing analytics reports.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues.
• Positive attitude and proactiveness in the working environment.
• Strong ability in using MS Word, Excel, and other applications necessary to build reports.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, and able to manage uncertainty and adjust to a changing work program.
