1. Safety & Security Update
- Active to update safety & security matters to all YPII staff
- Update & Share Safety & Security SOP/
Policy to all YPII staff - Coordination with Security Focal Points in each offices for update Safety & Security update including local security briefing and information needed to update monthly safety and security report to RH
- Prepare & update Safety & Security Pack for international and local visitors
2. Training & Drills
- Conduct periodical Safety & Security drills (emergency phone tree, first aid & fire/earthquake evacuation drill), HEAT Training, Safety & Security Training coordination with PIA Offices
- Conduct Safety & Security briefing for international visitors
- Facilitate annual security guards and driver training
3. Safety & Security assessment and Reporting
- Conduct SRA (security risk assessment) for CO, field offices and facilities. Ensure mitigation plans are followed up and adequately resourced.
- Involve in proposal development to ensure adequate budget in Safety & Security
- Monthly check to facilities and fleet to ensure adequacy and availability of safety equipment
- Safety & Security quarterly & annual report
- Facilitate annual security guards and driver training
- Submit quarterly and annual safety & security report to CMT and GH (incident/ lost report, management action, country security plan)
- As one of focal point for CAMMS online, an incident report system in coordination with other focal points (HR, IT, Safeguarding, Risk and Compliance)
- Ensure full compliance to safety and security policy and standards across the organization
- Update annually on Country Security Report
- To ensure all offices comply with Safety & Security Policy
- To ensure All YPII staffs complete mandatory training safety & security
- Actively updated safety & security issues to all YPII staff

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- Bachelor degree in Management, Economic, Administration or any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the related field is require for this position.
- Preferably senior staff specialize in safety and security
- Strong planning and organizing
- Leadership skills
- Proactive and initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- English fluency
Desirable
- Experience with Emergency Response will be preferable.
