The Role

The Program Support Officer (PSO) contributes to DT Global’s success by providing operational and administrative support for program management activities within the International Development team.

About You

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess the following :

  • A bachelor degree in any field
  • Administration experience
  • Interpersonal skills to allow for harmonious working relationships within the unit, office, clients and suppliers.
  • Intermediate and Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills including clear writing skills
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks that may be required to ensure efficient operation of the business units
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, requirements and procedures and use corporate systems (such as travel booking systems)
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as work autonomously
  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions when completing tasks required, ensuring key roles are completed within required time frames
  • Ability to travel as required to various international and domestic locations
