Pusdatin adalah unit kerja setingkat eselon dua, merupakan unsur pendukung pelaksanaan tugas Kementerian Kesehatan di bidang data dan informasi kesehatan yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Menteri Kesehatan melalui Sekretaris Jenderal dan dipimpin oleh seorang kepala. Unit kerja ini bertugas melaksanakan pengelolaan statistik kesehatan, analisis dan diseminasi informasi, serta pengembangan sistem informasi dan bank data.

Project Global Fund TB : Internal Controller Staff

Ministry of Health of GOI as a Primary Recipient of Project Global Fund TB is looking for an Internal Controller staff to monitor, review and control all income and expenditure for financial activities in the TB Project Global Fund in PR /SR level, and gives feedback / report to the supervisor / management.

CCM Indonesia is the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM), an independent national forum which function is to oversee grants provided to Indonesia by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM).

We are the Indonesia Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM), an independent national forum which function is to oversee grants provided to Indonesia by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM). We are currently seeking to fill the following two positions:

1. CCM SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT FOR MALARIA

Based in Jakarta, the CCM Secretariat Assistant for Malaria will be responsible for:

a. Assist in the administrative management of the CCM Malaria Technical Working Group (TWG);

b. Provide technical support with the reporting cycle for CCM grant oversight dashboards;

c. Assist the Malaria TWG with preparation of meetings, workshops, field monitoring visits and development of reports and presentations for Malaria TWG meetings;

d. Maintain up to date files on Malaria TWG meeting attendance, minutes of meetings, reports from grant Principal Recipients, and related materials;

e. Provide monthly report and annual of activities to The Excecutive Secretary CCM Indonesia, and work closely with other staff as an integrated member of the CCM Secretariat team.
